By registering for the Resident Portal, I acknowledge and agree that:

All pets residing within my unit must comply with the Corporation's Bylaws, Rules, and Pet Policies.

Pets must be registered with Management and approved where required by the Corporation.

If I currently have a pet that has not received prior approval, I will contact Management immediately to obtain and complete the required Pet Prior Approval Application and Agreement.

I understand that pet approval is not automatic and is subject to review in accordance with the Corporation's governing documents.

I agree to ensure that all pets are properly controlled, do not create a nuisance, and that any pet-related waste, damage, cleaning, or repair costs are my responsibility.

I understand that failure to comply with the Corporation's pet policies may result in enforcement action, including fines, sanctions, or removal requirements as permitted under the Bylaws.

By proceeding with portal registration, I confirm that the information I provide is accurate and that I agree to comply with all applicable pet-related rules and requirements.
